After months of back pain, I finally got the right help here. The combination of physiotherapy and personal training works brilliantly.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What makes personal training at Physical Studio different?
All our personal trainers are also qualified physiotherapists. This means your trainer medically understands your body, can prevent injuries and can adapt your training to any conditions.
What does a try-out session look like?
During the 50-minute try-out session we do an intake, discuss your goals and perform a body scan. Then you train immediately under guidance so you can experience what it is like.
Can I combine personal training with physiotherapy?
Yes, and that is exactly our strength. Many patients combine physiotherapy with personal training or transition to training after rehabilitation. The transition is seamless because the same professionals guide you.
Is personal training covered by insurance?
Personal training is generally not covered by health insurance. Physiotherapy may be covered through your supplementary insurance, depending on your policy. Ask us about the options.
How often should I train?
This depends on your goals and current level. We recommend at least 2 sessions per week for optimal results. During the intake we create a schedule together that suits you.
