FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral from my GP?
No, you can visit us without a referral through direct access physiotherapy. You can book an appointment directly.
Is physiotherapy covered by health insurance?
Physiotherapy may be covered through your supplementary insurance. The number of sessions depends on your policy. Not all packages include physiotherapy. We work with all Dutch health insurers.
How long does a treatment session last?
An intake lasts 60 minutes, follow-up treatments last 30 minutes. This gives us enough time for both manual treatment and exercise therapy.
What should I bring to the first appointment?
Bring your insurance card, ID and any medical documents or test results. Wear comfortable sportswear.
Do you use ultrasound for every patient?
Ultrasound is used when clinically relevant, for example with muscle or tendon injuries. It is part of our diagnostic toolkit but is not used as standard for everyone.
Can I also train with you after treatment?
Absolutely! Many patients transition to personal training after rehabilitation. Our trainers are also physiotherapists, making the transition seamless.
